Job Description:
Work as hall or kitchen staff at a Komeda's Coffee branch right by Kojima Station in Kurashiki. Hall duties are seating guests, taking orders, serving drinks and food and clearing tables. Kitchen duties are making coffee and other drinks and preparing light meals, including the shop's signature Shironoir dessert. Senior staff support you closely, so people with no experience can learn full-service cafe hospitality here. Shifts run within 06:00 to 18:00 from 3 hours a day and 2 days a week, and the 06:00 to 15:00 range is especially wanted at the moment. The hours suit people fitting work around family, finishing in time for school pickup or making dinner, and there are many colleagues doing the same. An early-morning rate of 1,100円 or more applies between 06:00 and 09:00. Breaks are 45 minutes or more for shifts over 6 hours and 1 hour or more for shifts over 8 hours, and promotion to full-time employee is available.

Early-morning rate of 1,100円 or more between 06:00 and 09:00. Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,313円 or more after 22:00. Hourly rate depends on experience and skill.
