Job Description:
Work as hall and kitchen staff at Urashima, a relaxed Japanese izakaya just a minute from Keisei-Funabashi Station. The shop serves selected sake from all 47 prefectures alongside Japanese-Western fusion dishes from a head chef with a well-known background, using fresh fish delivered direct from Toyosu. Duties are opening preparation, seating guests, taking orders, serving, handling payment and clearing up, plus washing up in the kitchen. No experience is needed and experienced senior staff support you, so you can pick up polished service and manners here. The interior has sofa seating and private rooms and is used mostly for dates and business meals, so the atmosphere is calm. Wages can be paid in cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) monthly, and free staff meals (まかない makanai) such as hotpot, shabu-shabu and curry are shared by the team. Hair colour and style, clothing, beards, nails and piercings are all free, and there is a one-month training period (研修 kenshuu).
