Job Description:
This is a Type A continuous employment support workplace for people with disabilities, offering several kinds of work with duties matched to each person. Tasks include packing work such as work gloves at the facility, picking work at a logistics warehouse, and guest room cleaning and bed making at business and international hotels. Hotel work is around Yabacho and Sakae and you go straight there and home, while the Minato-ku site is reached by company car from the office. Most people here are working for the first time, and instructors teach the work clearly and carefully. The shift is 09:30 to 14:30 with a 60 minute break, giving around 4 hours of actual work, and there is no overtime. Working hours and break times can vary depending on the task, and Saturday work is possible. There are 8 days off per month and shifts are submitted monthly. A uniform (制服 seifuku) is lent to you, clothing is otherwise free, and there are no transfers to other regions. A disability certificate,療育手帳 or a doctor's written opinion is required, and a referral letter from Hello Work is needed before hiring is confirmed.
