Job Description:

Serve customers at a fresh fruit juice shop inside the Ario Kawaguchi shopping centre. Duties are register work and customer service, explaining the products, making and serving juices, preparing fruit in store and cleaning. Juices are made to order using fruit at its right ripeness, so the work is hands-on. No experience is needed and senior staff support you carefully, with a training period of 200 hours. Weekday shifts run 13:00 to 21:30 and weekend and public holiday shifts run 09:00 to 21:30, from 3.5 hours a day. You work from 2 days a week, or just 1 day a week if you work weekends only, and applicants who can cover weekends, public holidays and busy periods such as Obon are especially welcome. Staff range from their teens to their 50s, with women and homemakers well represented. A grading system based on annual performance review means your effort is reflected in pay rises. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid under company rules, but car commuting is not permitted.

Wage:

1,155円以上 (per hour) Training period of 200 hours at 1,145円 per hour, varying with progress. High school students earn 1,155円 or more, and 1,145円 during training. Hourly rate depends on experience and skill. Grading system with annual performance review leading to pay rises.
