Job Description:
Serve customers at a long-established sweets brand known for pudding and chocolate, in the Odakyu department store directly connected to Machida Station. Duties are customer service and sales, register work, stock management, opening and closing the shop, gift wrapping and organising the stockroom. The products are popular as gifts and souvenirs so the shop is busy, and a bright welcome matters. No wrapping experience is needed, and support is provided if you are unsure about anything before you start. Three shift patterns are used, 09:00 to 17:30, 10:30 to 19:00 and 12:00 to 20:30, each with 7 hours 30 minutes of actual work and a 60 minute break, with the later two being the main ones. You work 4 to 5 days a week on a shift system that includes weekends and public holidays, with 2 to 3 days off a week. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full and full social insurance is provided. Customer service or sales experience and a high school qualification or above are required.
Wage:
1,500円 (per hour)
Example monthly earnings: 236,000 yen or more for 5 days a week at 7 hours 30 minutes over 21 days. Annual paid leave available.
