Job Description:
Clean a commercial building in Shinsaibashi, central Osaka, on a morning shift. Duties are vacuuming tenant areas, collecting rubbish and cleaning toilets and kitchenettes. You also cover a nearby property a few minutes away, doing simple work such as vacuuming inside the shop, and travel time counts as working time. No difficult cleaning equipment is used and the work is shared out, so the physical load is light. Training (研修 kenshuu) is given by an instructor when you join, with a 3 hour pre-employment session and a 2 month training period at the same conditions, so no experience is needed. The shift is 08:00 to 12:30 five days a week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday, though the days can be discussed when you apply. Tuesdays and Saturdays are off and there is no overtime. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is paid in full and a uniform (制服 seifuku) is lent to you. A long-service award pays 10,000 yen for each year worked, and a referral scheme pays 10,000 yen once your introduction has stayed 3 months. There are two staff here and senior colleagues help you learn at your own pace.
Wage:
1,180円 (per hour) Example monthly earnings: 106,200 yen for 4.5 hours a day 5 days a week over 4 weeks, with transport paid separately in full. Long-service award of 10,000 yen for each year worked. Referral bonus of 10,000 yen once your introduction completes 3 months. Monthly salary payment.
