Job Description:
Hall work at a specialist tonkatsu restaurant run by the company behind the popular Toriton conveyor-belt sushi chain. Duties include seating customers, taking orders, serving food, clearing tables, operating the register and cleaning the dining area. New staff start with simple tasks such as the dishwashing station and add positions gradually, so no restaurant experience is needed. A full manual and training (研修 kenshuu) are provided and senior staff support you from the first day. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 50 percent off the full menu while on shift. Shifts are mostly from the evening, submitted once a month, and can be set as weekdays only, weekends and holidays only, or fixed days of the week. Car commuting is allowed and free parking is available. There is no overtime.
Wage:
1,200円～1,500円 (per hour)
Shifts from 22:00 are paid at 1,500円 per hour (1,313円 during the trial period). Trial period of 3 months is paid at 1,100円 per hour. Applicants under 18 and high school students are paid 1,100円 per hour. Pay raises available. Overtime allowance and late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) are provided.
