Job Description:
Hall and kitchen work at Nikoya Okayama, a teishoku izakaya in Kita-ku, Okayama. Hall duties cover taking orders on a handheld terminal, serving food and clearing tables. Kitchen duties are simple cooking assistance such as plating, and applicants with kitchen experience are given preference. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) from the restaurant's own menu are provided, which staff living alone say saves them a lot on food. Wages can be taken as daily payment (日払い hibarai) in cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi), with no waiting for a bank transfer. Shifts run between 17:00 and 01:00, from 1 day a week and 4 hours a day, submitted every two weeks. People who can start at 17:00 or 18:00 are especially welcome. Hairstyle, beards, piercings, nails and clothing are all free, and free car and bicycle parking is available.
Wage:
1,150円~1,437円 (per hour)
Shifts from 22:00 are paid at 1,437円 per hour with late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Trial period of 1 month is paid at 1,100円 per hour, rising to 1,150円 after one month. High school students are paid 1,050円 per hour. Pay raises once a year.
