Job Description:
This is a buffet restaurant dispatch role at a venue in Kurashiki City, Okayama, covering both hall and kitchen duties. Tasks include guiding guests to their seats, serving drinks, and assisting with simple food preparation to support smooth restaurant operations. The early-morning shift (早朝 souchou) starts at 04:30, making this suitable for those who prefer finishing work in the morning or early afternoon. Shifts of 5 hours or more within the 04:30-13:30 window are available, with examples including 05:30-11:00 and 10:00-15:00. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and cash-in-hand (手渡し tewatashi) are both available so you can receive wages immediately. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies for early-morning hours before 05:00. No experience is required and senior staff will support you from day one. Short-term contracts from as little as one day and long-term arrangements are both available.
