Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Saishokkengyu Yanagibashi, a stylish yakiniku restaurant on the 2nd floor of Sanboa Building in Nakamura-ku, Nagoya, with a clean cafe-like interior and no smoke or smell issues. Tasks include guiding guests to their seats, delivering food and drinks, preparing simple drinks, handling payments, and tidying tables. Orders are placed by customers via QR code self-order, so verbal order-taking is minimal. The dinner shift runs 17:00 to 23:00 and is the main recruitment target. Minimum 2 hours per shift and 1 day per week are accepted, making it easy to fit around school or a second job. A late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 onward. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided every shift — daily rotating menus including omurice, gukbap, and yakiniku. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available. Hair colour and nail polish are welcome; piercings must be removed during shifts to prevent foreign-object contamination. Foreign applicants are welcome but must hold JLPT N2 or above as Japanese-language customer service is required. Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to shifts running past 22:00 (Japanese labour law).
