Please confirm workplace location, payment method, shifts, and interview conditions directly with the employer before applying.
Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Ramen Hitsugi, a small ramen restaurant that opened in June last year, located on the ground floor of City Square Fukuoka in Higashi-ku, Fukuoka City. Tasks include serving ramen and other dishes to customers, simple cooking assistance, dishwashing, tidying up, and light cleaning. Orders are placed via a ticket machine so there is no verbal order-taking involved. The restaurant is closed on Sundays. Lunch shifts run Monday through Saturday (10:00-15:00), and dinner shifts run Thursday through Saturday (18:00-21:00). A minimum of 2 days per week and 3 hours per shift is accepted, making it easy to fit around school or family schedules. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided after each shift — including the restaurant's signature ramen and fried rice. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available, and salary increases are offered for long-term staff. The friendly owner is hands-on and approachable, and the workplace has a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. No resume is required for the interview; appearance including hair colour, nails, and piercings is freely permitted.
