Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Senichi Horumon Higashiguchi, a yakiniku and horumon restaurant on the ground floor of Fukushima Building in Miyagino-ku, Sendai, a 1-minute walk from Miyaginodori Station and 3 minutes from Sendai Station. Hall duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables. Kitchen duties include simple cooking assistance, dishwashing, and plating. Staff start with whichever section they prefer and are supported by senior staff throughout. Three shift slots are available: 12:00-17:00, 17:00-22:00, and 18:00-00:00. A minimum of 4 hours per shift and 1 day per week is accepted, with weekday-only and weekend-only arrangements both possible. A late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,312 yen applies from 22:00 onward. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available. Salary increases and a bonus are offered. Staff meals including yakiniku are provided after closing shifts (まかない makanai). High school students are not eligible. Hair colour, nail polish, and piercings are permitted.
