Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at Rokukaen Moroe, a yakiniku restaurant in Kanazawa City, Ishikawa, a 6-minute walk from both Kami-Moroe and Isobe stations on the Hokuriku Tetsudo Asanokawa Line. Tasks include serving food and drinks, preparing drinks, dishwashing, clearing and resetting tables, and restocking chopsticks and oshibori towels. Orders are placed by customers via touchscreen panels at each table, so there is no pressure on verbal order-taking. The shift runs 17:00 to 23:00 with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 2 days per week. Weekday-only arrangements are not accepted — the restaurant particularly welcomes staff who can work Saturdays and Sundays. A weekend premium of 100 yen per hour (土日手当 doyou-nichiyou-teate) applies on Saturdays and Sundays, bringing the post-trial rate to 1,300 yen. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) also applies from 22:00 onward. A busy-period bonus is paid separately during peak seasons. A trial period of 1-3 months applies at 1,100 yen, rising to 1,200 yen upon completion. Some staff have reached 1,200 yen after just 2 months. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available. High school students are welcome but limited to shifts ending by 22:00 (Japanese labour law).
