Job Description:

This is a dispatch role in a clean-room meat processing facility in Nishinomiya City, Hyogo, involving beef cut identification, weighing, and packaging for different clients. The work takes place in a temperature-controlled clean room maintained at a consistent comfortable level year-round — no extreme cold or heat conditions. Tasks include identifying different cuts of beef by type, measuring them on weighing scales, and packing them to client specifications. Working in this role builds natural knowledge of beef cuts over time, and the worksite is conveniently close to the nearest bus stop. This is an introductory dispatch position (紹介予定派遣 shoukai-yotei-haken) — after a 2-month dispatch contract, direct employment as a part-time worker at the client site is offered by mutual agreement. The day shift runs 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, with weekends and public holidays off and 120 annual holiday days including GW, summer, and year-end breaks.
