Job Description:

This is a fresh produce processing and display dispatch role at a 90-year-old fruit and vegetable specialist store in the Tokyu Food Show basement food hall at Shibuya Mark City, directly connected to Shibuya Station. Tasks cover the full produce cycle: receiving and sorting incoming stock, quality checking, preparation using a knife (cutting and trimming), packing into trays, pricing, shelf replenishment, creating attractive floor displays using colour coordination and tiered stacking, product ordering, inventory management, and cleaning. The shift is fixed at 06:30 to 16:00 (8 hours actual work, 1.5 hours break) — a consistent early-morning start that finishes in the early afternoon. Starting from 07:00 and short morning-only hours are also negotiable. Weekday and weekend shifts are mixed on a rotation basis, with 3 to 5 days per week available depending on your preference. Prior produce (青果 seika) experience is required — part-time or casual experience counts. Applicants must be able to commit to at least 3 months. Full transportation allowance is covered.
