Job Description:

This is a condominium building manager and cleaning dispatch role in Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo — a 6-minute walk from Omotesando Station — operated through Dimple, a leading staffing agency for building management work. The role involves morning hall patrols, rubbish disposal, cleaning shared areas including the entrance, corridors, stairways, windows, rubbish storage, postboxes, elevators, and car park, plus light reception duties answering enquiries from residents and visitors, and writing a simple daily report. The shift is fixed from 07:30 to 13:30 (5 hours actual work including 60 minutes break), Monday to Friday only. No overtime. This is a senior-friendly role with an employment age ceiling of 72 years. Direct hire as a contract employee at the client site is possible from the 4th month onward (rate adjusts to 1,300 yen on direct hire).
