Job Description:

This is a product inspection and packing role at a plastics manufacturing facility in Kaizu, Gifu, producing automotive parts such as wipers and turn-signal lenses. Work involves visually inspecting printed characters on each plastic part against a reference guide, packing individual pieces into boxes, and stacking completed cases onto nearby pallets — all items weigh under 1 kg, and pallet movement is handled by forklift operators. Three shift patterns are available: day shift 07:00-16:10, night shift 22:00-07:10 (overnight), or rotating two-shift; during the 3-month training (研修 kenshuu) period all staff work the fixed 08:00-17:10 day shift. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies to hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00, bringing the effective rate to 1,500円 per hour. An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) is available for urgent expenses — separate from daily or weekly pay — credited against hours already worked. The workplace is fully air-conditioned year-round, with free parking, lockers, a canteen, and a rest room on site. No experience is required; a reference standard is provided so anyone can quickly learn what passes and what does not. Foreign nationals are actively working at this site; instruction sheets are written in hiragana and katakana.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 1,500円/hr for hours worked 22:00-05:00 (statutory 1.25x rate). Overtime rate also 1,500円/hr.
