Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at 丸亀製麺 (Marugame Seimen) Tomakomai, a popular udon and soba restaurant chain operated by Toridoll Holdings, located along Futaba Sanjo-dori road in Tomakomai, Hokkaido. Duties are divided across clearly defined positions — hall clearing and customer service, dishwashing and washing station work, register operation, and cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes — so each task is easy to master individually. No prior experience is required; a thorough training (研修 kenshuu) programme and step-by-step manuals guide newcomers from their very first shift. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120円 per meal (up to 800円 worth of food), keeping daily food costs very low. Employees with children aged 15 or under receive a family canteen card (家族食堂 kazoku-shokudo) with up to 10,000円 per child per month charged free of cost — children can eat at the store while a parent works nearby. Toridoll group staff also receive up to 25% discount at all group restaurants, usable with family and friends. Transport costs are covered within company guidelines up to 50,000円 per month; car and motorbike commuting are permitted with fuel costs also reimbursed within guidelines.
