The worksite is a hotel or event venue used by notable guests on occasion; duties cover setting up banquet halls, preparing food and beverages, serving guests during events, and managing equipment and stock. Catering and event pop-up assignments also form part of the role — setup, operation, and post-event breakdown are all included. Three core shift patterns are available: early morning 06:00-14:00, morning 07:00-15:00, and afternoon 14:00-22:00; a 14:30-22:30 and a 16:30-22:00 option are also offered depending on availability.
