Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at Lawson Chiba Yukomitsuki Nichome, with two shift slots covering early morning through overnight. Available shifts are: daytime 05:00-22:00 and overnight 22:00-05:00 (overnight); applicants choose the hours that suit their lifestyle within these windows, with a minimum of 2 days per week required. Duties include register operation and customer service, shelf stocking and product display, store cleaning, simple food and drink preparation at the Machi Cafe counter, and handling public utility payments, ATM services, parcel collection, and ticket issuance. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,463円 per hour applies to all hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00 (statutory 1.25x rate). Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided with full support; beginners and those new to convenience store work are actively welcomed. International students and foreign nationals are welcome — Lawson provides multilingual POS systems and foreign-staff training resources. Car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are all permitted with employee parking on site; a convenient bus stop is also nearby. Transport allowance is provided up to a set monthly limit.
