This is a machine parts picking, assembly, and packing role in Okazaki City, Aichi, placed through Sogo Career Option (株式会社綜合キャリアオプション). Duties involve using screws and components to assemble parts, picking components from inventory, simple quality checks, applying labels, and preparing items for shipment. No prior factory experience is required — tasks are introduced gradually, and pre-placement workplace tours are available so you can check the environment before committing. The shift runs from 08:30 to 17:00 on weekdays; overtime averages 20 or more hours per month, with the overtime rate reaching 1,875円 per hour (1,500 × 1.25x). A free shuttle bus is provided to the worksite; a furnished single-room dormitory with home appliances is also available for those relocating, along with a relocation transport allowance. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available so earnings can be collected quickly; no resume or in-person visit is required for registration.
