Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at Lawson Kugenuma Tachibana Ichome, located about 10 minutes walk from the south exit of Fujisawa Station, with four shift slots spanning early morning through overnight. Available shifts are: overnight 01:00-06:00 (overnight), early morning 06:00-09:00, evening 17:00-21:00, and evening 18:00-22:00. Duties include register operation and customer service, shelf stocking and product display, store cleaning, simple food and drink preparation at the Machi Cafe counter, and handling public utility payments, ATM services, parcel collection, and ticket issuance; experienced staff may also take on product ordering and floor merchandising. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,532円 per hour applies to the overnight shift for hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00; the early morning 06:00-09:00 slot carries a higher base rate of 1,300円 with no deep-night premium.
