Job Description:

This is a food product picking and sorting role in a temperature-controlled ambient warehouse in Isoukawa, Minami Ward, Fukuoka, placed through Hot Staff Hakata (株式会社ホットスタッフ博多), 8 minutes walk from Takeshita Station on the JR Kagoshima Main Line. Products handled include bulk commercial rice and cooking oil (around 20 kg, moved by trolley) as well as lighter items such as individual units of detergent — a mix of heavier and lighter picking throughout each shift. Two shift patterns are available: 09:00-18:00 (8 hours actual) or 10:00-18:00 (7 hours actual); both include a 60-minute break and working hours can be discussed at registration. A 10-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at the same rate of 1,200円 per hour; a minimum contract of 3 months is required. An advance payment system (前払い maebarai) is available with same-day Seven Bank ATM withdrawal possible; transport allowance is paid for commutes of 2 km or more from home. A canteen serves meals at 400円 per meal; lockers, break room, microwave, vending machines, and water server are all on site. Outstanding staff receive a 30,000円 annual award; a friend referral bonus of 30,000円 per person is also available.
