Job Description:

This is a station toilet and concourse cleaning role with Tokyu Property Management Co., Ltd. (東急プロパティマネジメント株式会社), covering four stations on the Tokyu Line: Daikanyama, Nakameguro, Jiyugaoka, and Futakotamagawa. Staff report to Shibuya Station and travel by train to the four assigned stations within the shift, performing regular patrol-cycle cleaning of station toilets — emptying waste bins, replenishing paper supplies, checking for and cleaning soiling — to keep facilities clean throughout the evening. Basic customer inquiry handling is also included; senior staff provide full training from day one so prior cleaning and customer service experience are not required. The shift runs from 16:30 to 21:30, with 5 hours of actual work five days per week on a shift rotation with two days off per week. Bonuses are paid twice yearly; a New Year period allowance of 2,500円 per day applies for 30 December to 3 January. Social insurance is fully covered; a Tokyu Mutual Aid Society membership provides various subsidies and access to resort facilities. Japanese language ability of JLPT N3 or above is required as the role involves customer-facing communication and reading written instructions.

Wage:

1,420円 (per hour) Bonus twice yearly (規定あり). New Year period allowance 2,500円/day (30 December to 3 January).
