Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at FamilyMart Kabukicho Sakura-dori, located in Kabukicho, Shinjuku, 5 minutes walk from both Shinjuku Station and Seibu-Shinjuku Station. Available shifts are: early morning 05:00-08:00, daytime 08:00-17:00, evening 17:00-22:00, and overnight 22:00-08:00 (overnight); a minimum of 4 hours per shift is accepted from 1 day per week. Duties include register operation and customer service, shelf stocking and product display, and store cleaning; further responsibilities are introduced gradually as experience grows. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,688円 per hour applies to all hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00 on the overnight shift (statutory 1.25x rate). A standard 30-day FamilyMart training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at the same base rate of 1,350円 — no pay reduction during training.
