Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at 寿司居酒屋花道 (Sushi Izakaya Hanamichi), a 40-seat seafood-focused izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) in Sennichimae, Osaka's Chuo Ward, just 2 minutes walk from Nipponbashi Station — a restaurant in its 17th year of operation with a loyal regular customer base. The restaurant sources its seafood through proprietary procurement channels; menu highlights include fresh sushi and seasonal fish dishes that draw repeat guests specifically for the quality of the ingredients. Hall duties include customer service, serving food and drinks, and light cleaning; kitchen duties cover simple food preparation and cooking assistance — neither role requires prior restaurant experience. Three shift patterns are available: lunch 11:00-17:00, dinner 17:00-23:00, and late-night 18:00-01:00 (overnight); a minimum of 3 hours per shift is accepted from 2 days per week, with both weekday-only and weekend-only schedules available. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1.25x applies from 22:00, bringing the effective rate to 1,600円 per hour and above for overnight shift hours. Pay can be received by cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) with weekly payment also available; a joining bonus of 20,000円 is paid after 3 months of continuous service.
