Job Description:

This is a light warehouse role at a distribution facility handling daily household goods and apparel products including small accessories such as gloves, located in Isesaki, Gunma. Work is performed on weekdays only (Monday to Friday), with a fixed daytime shift from 09:00 to 17:00 and a guaranteed two-day weekend break each week. Tasks are straightforward and physically light -- no heavy lifting -- covering boxing products to set quantities, bagging and wrapping, product inspection (checking counts, types, and condition), and preparing packed goods for outbound shipment. No experience is required and no formal training period is in place; the workflow is described as simple and easy to learn from day one. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available via the JOBPAY prepaid card system, allowing wages accrued each day to be withdrawn at convenience store ATMs before the regular payday. A furnished single-room dormitory (寮 ryou) is available, with a one-month rent-free campaign currently running under company guidelines. Transportation expenses are partially reimbursed at 10 yen per kilometre up to a monthly ceiling of 14,000 yen; free on-site parking is provided for car, bicycle, and motorbike commuters. A minimum contract of 3 months is required, and this is a long-term派遣 (haken, agency dispatch) position.

Wage:
