Job Description:
This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at FamilyMart Fukuyama Kinoshomachi, located along the main road near Kinoshomachi intersection, a 2-minute walk from the Kinoshomachi bus stop (木之庄バス停). Work covers the full range of convenience store operations: cashier service, product ordering (発注 hacchou), shelf merchandising, and store cleaning. Three shift slots are available: early morning (06:00-09:00), daytime and evening (09:00-22:00), and overnight (22:00-06:00). The overnight shift attracts a statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) at 1,356 yen per hour; the early-morning and daytime rates are both 1,085 yen per hour. A 5-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at the same wage rate as the standard pay. Shifts can start from as little as 3 hours for the early slot and 4 hours for the daytime slot; weekday-only and weekend-only schedules are both welcome. Car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are all permitted. Late-night shifts from 22:00 to 05:00 are available to applicants aged 18 and over only, as required by Japanese labour law.
