Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Uotami Mito Kitaguchi Ekimae, a lively izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) chain restaurant operated by Monteroza, located a 4-minute walk from Mito Station on the third floor of Nakamura Building. The single shift runs from 17:00 to 01:00 (overnight), making this an evening and late-night position; the deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 onwards. Hall staff guide guests to seats, serve food and drinks, handle payments, reset tables, and prepare simple drinks including draft beer; customer orders are placed via tablet or QR code self-order system, reducing the pressure on staff to take verbal orders. Kitchen staff begin with dishwashing and simple plating, progressing to basic prep and cooking assistance -- knife skills are taught from scratch, so no prior cooking experience is needed. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available, and wages are calculated to the nearest minute. Staff meals are available at 50% off menu prices, and hair colour and style are largely free-form; piercings and nails are permitted for hall staff within store guidelines. A 3-month contract applies with renewal possible under company conditions; social insurance is fully provided. The training wage is 1,074 yen per hour for the initial period, rising to 1,110 yen upon completion.
