Job Description:

This is a light warehouse transport role at a manufacturing facility in Anjo, Aichi, involving moving products between departments and processes using trolleys and hand lifts on a two-shift rotation system. Tasks include transporting products between designated areas, and assisting with restocking and supply replenishment; no specialist skills, experience, or qualifications are required as full on-the-job training is provided from day one. The day shift runs 07:00-16:00; the night shift runs 17:00-02:00 (overnight), crossing midnight -- the statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 25% applies from 22:00 to 02:00, bringing the rate to 1,688 yen per hour for those hours. Weekends (Saturday and Sunday) are off, with large holiday periods including Golden Week, Obon, and year-end also included; average overtime runs 20 to 30 hours per month. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment are both fully available under company rules, and retirement allowance accrues from the first day of employment. A staff canteen is available on site; accessories, jewellery, and nail art are permitted during work; and the facility has full air conditioning year-round. Car and motorbike commuting are permitted with free on-site parking; round-trip transport allowance is paid in full. Japanese language ability at JLPT N4 level or above is required, along with a valid Japanese residence status.
