Job Description:
This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at FamilyMart Kobe Miyukidori, located in Kobe's Chuo ward, an 8-minute walk from Sannomiya Station (served by JR, Hankyu, and Hanshin lines), just south of Round One Sannomiya. Work covers the full range of convenience store operations: cashier service, product ordering (発注 hacchou), shelf merchandising, and store cleaning. Five shift slots cover all hours: early morning (06:00-09:00) at 1,215 yen per hour, daytime (09:00-13:00 and 12:00-17:00) and evening (17:00-22:00) at the standard 1,116 yen per hour, and overnight (22:00-06:00) at the statutory deep-night rate of 1,395 yen per hour. A 30-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies; no experience is required and first-time workers are actively welcomed. Shift days and frequency are highly flexible -- one day per week is accepted, and weekdays-only, weekends-only, or mixed schedules are all welcome. A salary increase system is in place; the store encourages long-term employment and aims for service that earns genuine customer appreciation. Late-night shifts from 22:00 to 05:00 are available to applicants aged 18 and over only, as required by Japanese labour law.
