Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Tachinom Banpaiya Hanshin Amagasaki, a lively standing izakaya (立呑み居酒屋 tachinomi izakaya) known for affordable, high-quality dishes and a casual, one-person-friendly atmosphere, a 5-minute walk from Amagasaki Station on the Hanshin Line. The store uses a paper order system (紙オーダー kami-ooda) rather than verbal ordering, eliminating the stress of mishearing customers and making this an accessible first step into the food service industry. Hall duties include welcoming guests, delivering food and drinks, and keeping the floor moving at a fast, energetic pace; kitchen duties begin with plating and dishwashing, progressing to frying and grilling, and eventually to fish preparation with guidance from experienced staff. No experience is required -- manuals and step-by-step senior support are provided throughout, and many current staff started with no food service background. Hair colour and style are largely free-form; nail art (under 5mm), piercings (removable during shifts), and tattoos (covered by uniform) are all permitted. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided, and a Toridoll group discount of up to 25% is available at affiliated restaurants for staff, family, and friends. A minimum contract of 3 months is expected; late-night hours from 22:00 onwards are available to staff aged 18 and over only. International students must hold JLPT N1 level or equivalent Japanese ability for this role.

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 onwards as required by law. Salary increase system available. Friend referral bonus available.
