Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at FamilyMart Shinjuku Gochome Higashi, located in Shinjuku ward, a 5-minute walk from Shinjuku-Sanchome Station and also accessible from Shinjuku Station. Work covers the main convenience store operations: cashier service, product restocking, and store cleaning. Four shift slots are available across all hours: daytime (08:00-17:00), evening (17:00-22:00), overnight (22:00-05:00), and early morning (05:00-08:00); the overnight shift crosses midnight and attracts the statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate), bringing the rate to 1,538 yen per hour for hours between 22:00 and 05:00. A 10-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at the standard wage rate for each shift; no experience is required and first-time workers are actively welcomed. Transportation expenses are fully reimbursed, and a salary increase and full-time employment promotion system are both in place. International students and high school students are welcome; late-night shifts from 22:00 to 05:00 are available to applicants aged 18 and over only, as required by Japanese labour law.

Wage:

1,230円 (per hour) Overnight shift (22:00-05:00): 1,538 yen/hour (deep-night premium 深夜手当 shinya-teate, 25% increase). Salary increase system available.
