Job Description:

This is a light warehouse role at a food and beverage distribution facility in the Kita ward of Saitama city, handling everyday items such as cup noodles and drinks. Tasks involve scanning pallet-loaded products with a handheld scanner (ハンディ handi), loading them onto a trolley, transporting them to designated shelf locations, and storing them by hand; outbound shipment work is also part of the role. Items weigh between 10 and 15 kilograms per carton; the facility has large-fan ventilation and a staff rest room, locker room, and vending machines on site. The shift runs from 11:00 to 19:00 (actual working hours 7 hours after a 60-minute break), with no overtime -- a consistent finish time every day. Work is available 5 days per week with flexible days including Friday and Saturday availability welcomed; two days off per week are guaranteed. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available via email submission of a timesheet, with funds receivable as quickly as the same day through Seven-Eleven ATMs in 1,000-yen increments; weekly payment is also available. Transportation allowance is paid for car commuters from 2 km and above (fuel reimbursement) and for train commuters based on usage; free on-site parking is available. A retirement allowance accrues based on length of service, and social and various insurance are fully provided for eligible workers.

Wage:
