Job Description:

This is a hospital kitchen support role at a medical facility in Iizuka, Fukuoka, involving dishwashing, meal plating, and food delivery to wards -- all carried out under the direction of on-site cooks and registered dietitians. Dishwashing is fully machine-assisted: staff place used crockery into the machine and it handles the cleaning automatically, making this a physically straightforward task. Meal plating involves portioning prepared food onto trays according to instructions, and delivery involves transporting trolleys to individual wards by lift. Four shift patterns are available across daytime and early-afternoon hours -- no overnight or late-night work is required. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available from the following day via email or LINE message application; weekly and monthly payment are also available with no time limit on use. Round-trip transportation allowance is paid under company guidelines; free on-site parking is available for car, motorbike, and bicycle commuters. Overtime is paid at 25% above the base rate (1,489 yen per hour) when hours exceed 8 per day; average monthly overtime is around 10 hours. Japanese language ability at JLPT N4 level or above is required, along with a valid Japanese residence status.
