Job Description:

This is a late-night hall and kitchen staff role at nakasu Rooftop Garden BAGUS[es], a sparkling wine-themed rooftop bistro on the 9th and 10th floors of prato NAKASU in Nakasu, Fukuoka city, a 1-minute walk from Nakasu-Kawabata Station. The venue features an open terrace overlooking the Naka River and Tenjin skyline, private karaoke and darts rooms, and a crimson-carpeted dining space -- a sophisticated adult entertainment space that operates from 22:00 to 05:00. Kitchen duties include preparing and plating bistro dishes designed to pair with sparkling wine, preparing seasonal Hakata ingredients for fusion cuisine, and cooking assistance; hall duties include order-taking, serving food and drinks including overflowing sparkling wine pours, table setting, and guest service. The shift runs from 22:00 to 05:00 (overnight), making this an ideal position for those with daytime work or study who want to use evening hours productively. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) and weekly payment system are available under company rules. A 30-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at 1,375 yen per hour; the standard rate rises to 1,500 yen per hour after training. Hair colour (up to tone 14 or silver/gold highlights), piercings (5mm or under), and nail art (beige and pink tones only) are all permitted within guidelines.
