Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at THE BAGUS PLACE, a luxury entertainment dining bar in the basement of Ginza Belvia in Ginza, Tokyo, a 2-minute walk from Ginza-Itchome Station -- an adult entertainment space themed around French and Italian-influenced creative cuisine combined with darts, karaoke, and simulation golf. Kitchen duties include preparing and plating French and Italian-based creative dishes, prepping party plan canapes and mains, and cooking assistance for seasonal and lunch menus; hall duties include order-taking, food and drink service, guiding guests to karaoke and darts rooms, and event setup for private parties. The shift window runs from 10:00 to 03:00 (overnight), crossing midnight; the statutory deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 onwards as required by law, and the base rate of 1,500 yen per hour is set above the statutory minimum to cover all shift hours. A 30-day training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at 1,400 yen per hour; the standard rate rises to 1,500 yen per hour after training. Advance payment and weekly payment are both available under company rules, and a friend referral bonus of 20,000 yen is available. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided, and the DDGroup 30% discount applies at 300-plus affiliated locations nationwide. Hair colour (up to tone 14 or silver/gold highlights), piercings (5mm or under), and beige/pink nail art are all permitted within guidelines. Japanese language ability at JLPT N2 level or above is required; minimum high school graduate.

Wage:

1,400円 (per hour) Standard rate after training: 1,500 yen/hour. Training period (approx. 30 days): 1,400 yen/hour. Deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 as required by law (included in flat rate structure). Salary increase system available. Friend referral bonus: 20,000 yen.
