This is a precision light manufacturing role at a facility in Akishima, Tokyo, involving masking tape application, film lamination, cutting, and compression bonding work on industrial materials. Tasks are straightforward and repetitive -- the moku-moku (モクモク, focused solo) style of work is popular among staff who prefer to concentrate without frequent interaction; no experience or qualifications are required. The fixed shift runs from 08:10 to 17:00 (actual working hours 8 hours after a 50-minute break), Monday to Friday only with weekends off and no overtime.
