Job Description:
You will work at Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麺), a popular udon and soba chain restaurant in Gifu city, handling both hall and kitchen duties on a rotating basis. Kitchen tasks include cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes; hall tasks include clearing tables, dishwashing (araiba 洗い場), and cashier (reji レジ) work. Work is divided into small, clearly defined tasks so each one can be done efficiently - no prior restaurant experience is needed. A thorough training programme (kenshuu 研修) and detailed recipe manuals are provided for all new starters. Shifts are flexible (shifuto-sei シフト制) - weekday-only, morning, evening, or weekend patterns are all welcome; minimum 1 day a week and 3 hours a day is accepted. Staff meals (makanai まかない) are available for 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth. Transport allowance (koutsuuhi 交通費) including petrol is paid up to 50,000 yen per month.
