Job Description:

You will operate a forklift at a large beverage manufacturer's warehouse in Gifu city, transporting cases of bottled water, PET bottles, and canned drinks from the production line to designated storage areas. Once familiar with the role, you will also assist with loading product onto trucks. The forklifts used include 4-prong and long-prong models; boxes weigh approximately 5 to 15 kg. The schedule runs on a 4-days-on, 2-days-off rotation (4-kin 2-kyuu 4勤2休) with two alternating shifts: day shift 08:00-17:00 and night shift 20:00-05:00 (overnight), switching every 4 days. Late-night work between 22:00 and 05:00 qualifies for the deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当), bringing the effective rate up to 1,750 yen/hour during those hours. An advance pay system (maewatashi 前払い) lets you draw earned wages early per company rules - this differs from daily or weekly payment. The workplace has a canteen, rest room, changing room, and lockable lockers. Work uniform and helmet are provided free of charge; safety boots must be brought by the applicant.

Wage:

1,400円 (per hour) Deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当) for hours between 22:00-05:00: approx. 1,750 yen/hour (base x 1.25). Overtime paid additionally at 1-3 hours per shift average. Referral bonus: 30,000 yen each for you and a friend working for 6 months (You&me Bonus).
