Job Description:

You will work at Lawson Rifu Chuo Sanchome, a convenience store in Rifu-cho, Miyagi-gun, Miyagi, handling a range of standard convenience store tasks. Duties include register and cashier work (reji レジ), stocking shelves, product display, store cleaning, and light food preparation - as well as shelf management and product ordering as you gain experience. Five shift windows are available covering all hours: early morning 07:00-10:00, morning 08:00-13:00, afternoon 13:00-17:00, evening 17:00-22:00, and overnight 22:00-07:00. The overnight shift (22:00-07:00) qualifies for the deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当) at 1,373 yen/hour between 22:00 and 05:00. The base rate of 1,098 yen applies to all other hours including during the 2-month training period (kenshuu 研修). A minimum of 2 days per week and 3 hours per shift is accepted; weekday-only and weekend-only patterns are both welcome. Car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are all accepted with employee parking available on site.

Wage:

1,098円 (per hour) Deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当) for 22:00-05:00: 1,373 yen/hour (base x 1.25). Training period (2 months): same base rate of 1,098 yen throughout.
