Job Description:

You will work at Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麺) Sapporo Sakaemachi, an udon and soba chain restaurant a 3-minute walk from Sakaemachi Station in Higashi-ku, Sapporo. Hall duties include welcoming guests, taking takeout orders, cashier work, clearing trays, and dishwashing (araiba 洗い場) using an automatic dishwasher; kitchen duties include boiling and plating udon, cooking tempura according to the recipe, and rice dish preparation. Tasks are divided into small, clearly defined roles so each is easy to learn - full manuals and step-by-step training (kenshuu 研修) are provided for all starters. Operating hours vary by day: Monday to Thursday 08:30-23:00, Friday 08:30-24:00, Saturday 08:00-24:00, Sunday and holidays 08:00-23:00. Minimum 2 hours per shift and 2 days per week is accepted. Hours from 22:00 qualify for the deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当) at 25% above base rate (approx. 1,375 yen/hour). Weekend-only and weekday-only patterns are both welcome with shifts submitted weekly. Staff meals (makanai まかない) are available at 120 yen per sitting. No resume required for interview.

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) Deep-night premium for 22:00 onwards: approx. 1,375 yen/hour (base x 1.25). Salary increase system in place. Bonus system available. Pay calculated to the minute.
