Job Description:
You will work at Hanamaru Udon Tokushima Okihama, an udon chain restaurant in Tokushima city, handling kitchen and hall duties across five clearly defined positions. Positions include noodle boiling (men yude 麺ゆで), tempura frying (tenpura age 天ぷら揚げ), topping and plating (morizuke 盛り付け), dishwashing using an automatic dishwasher (shokki arai 食器洗い), and counter cashier and customer service (reji レジ). You start with plating and learn one position at a time with a senior staff member beside you - no experience or culinary skill is required. Operating hours are 09:00-23:00 and a minimum of 3 hours and 1 day per week is accepted; morning, afternoon, or evening-only patterns are all welcome with shifts submitted every 2 weeks. A daily payment system (hibarai 日払い) lets you receive a portion of earned wages before payday. Weekend and public holiday shifts earn an extra 50 yen/hour bonus. Deep-night hours from 22:00 are eligible for a 25% premium (approx. 1,375 yen/hour). Staff meals (makanai まかない) are available at 70% discount. No resume required. Non-native Japanese speakers must have Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 level or above.

1,100円 (per hour)
Weekend and public holiday bonus: +50 yen/hour. Deep-night premium for 22:00 onwards: approx. 1,375 yen/hour (base x 1.25). Salary increase available. Family allowance: 10,000 yen/month per child in compulsory education for full-time staff.
