Job Description:
You will work at Yoshinoya Route 192 Sako, a stylish cafe-style Yoshinoya beef bowl restaurant in Tokushima city, handling both hall and kitchen duties in a natural wood-interior setting quite different from a standard Yoshinoya. Menu items include gyudon and a range of food dishes, coffee drink bar, and seasonal desserts; hall duties include guest seating and service, and kitchen duties include cooking and plating beef bowl and other menu items. Video manuals and a 2-month training programme (kenshuu 研修) are provided for all starters - no experience needed and training pay is the same as the regular rate. The store operates around the clock and you can choose shifts from 3 hours and 2 days per week; weekend-only, evening-only, and early morning patterns are all welcome with shifts submitted monthly. Hours from 22:00 qualify for the deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当) at 1,313 yen/hour. Early morning hours from 05:00 to 09:00 attract an additional 100 yen/hour bonus. A speed-pay advance system (hayabarai 速払い) lets you receive a portion of earned wages before payday. Transport allowance (koutsuuhi 交通費) is paid in full. Staff receive a 30% food discount even outside working hours, extendable to family members.
