Job Description:
You will work in the kitchen at Kishu no Sake to Kushi Hiyori, a stylish izakaya (居酒屋) specialising in Wakayama sake and skewered dishes in Wakayama city, handling cooking assistance and kitchen duties. You start with simple cooking support tasks and gradually take on more full-scale cooking as you gain confidence - no experience is needed and the team will support you throughout. Shifts run within 17:30-22:30, with 3 to 5 hours per shift and a minimum of 2 days per week. Sunday shifts are especially in demand and actively recruited. Hours from 22:00 qualify for the deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当) at 25% above base rate (approx. 1,375 yen/hour for the 22:00-22:30 portion). Weekend and public holiday shifts also attract a separate attendance bonus. A generous selection of family-friendly allowances is available: child allowance (kodomo-teate 子ども手当) of 2,000 yen per child per month, extracurricular activity allowance of 1,000 yen per child per month, and a birthday allowance. Free staff parking on site. Hair colour, piercings, and nail art are all permitted within store rules. No resume required.
