Job Description:
You will work at Lawson Jikei Medical University Kashiwa Hospital, a convenience store located inside a hospital in Kashiwa city, Chiba, serving patients, visitors, and medical staff. Duties include cashier and customer service (reji レジ), stocking shelves, product display, store cleaning, and light food preparation - all tasks introduced gradually with support from senior crew members. Three morning shift windows are available: 06:30-11:30, 07:00-12:00, and 07:30-12:30, with a minimum of 3 days per week. A 3-month training period (kenshuu 研修) applies at 1,280 yen/hour; the rate rises to 1,320 yen/hour after training is complete. Transport allowance (koutsuuhi 交通費) is paid in full. Shift frequency and hours are negotiable to suit your schedule.
