Job Description:
You will work at Marugame Seimen (丸亀製麺) Sodegaura, an udon and soba chain restaurant along Route 16 in Sodegaura city, Chiba, which is scheduled to reopen following a renovation in early September. Hall duties include clearing tables, dishwashing (araiba 洗い場) using an automatic dishwasher, and cashier work (reji レジ); kitchen duties include cooking udon, tempura, and rice dishes according to recipes. Tasks are divided into small, clearly defined roles - detailed manuals and step-by-step training (kenshuu 研修) are provided so complete beginners can start with confidence. Operating hours are Monday to Friday 09:00-23:00 and Saturday, Sunday, and holidays 08:30-23:00; minimum 3 hours and 1 day per week accepted, with shifts submitted weekly. Weekend-only and weekday-only patterns are both welcome. Staff meals (makanai まかない) are available at 120 yen per sitting. No resume required for interview.
