Job Description:
You will work as an opening-staff bed-making and room cleaning crew member at Nine Hours Nagoya Sakae, a stylish designer capsule hotel scheduled to open in November 2026 in the Sakae area of central Nagoya. The hotel has a modern, internationally-inspired aesthetic and attracts many overseas guests; your role is to maintain the pristine condition of the brand-new facilities rather than deep-clean them - keeping things fresh rather than restoring them. Core shift hours are 11:00-15:00 (4 hours), with a minimum of 2 days per week; shifts are flexible and the hotel works around your schedule. Hair colour, piercings, nail art, beards, and accessories are all permitted - the hotel actively encourages individuality in a way rare for the hotel industry. A free shower is available for staff to use after shifts. Training (kenshuu 研修) runs for 120 hours at the same hourly rate; some initial training sessions may take place at the Nagoya Station branch. Note: applicants must be university students or above as some evening work after 22:00 may occasionally be required.
