Job Description:

You will work at a food manufacturing factory in Kariya city, Aichi, handling light assembly-line packing and inspection of pancake mix and other powder food products. Tasks are divided across four clearly defined steps: measuring powder into bags, heat-sealing with a machine, inspecting bags for holes or defects, and packing finished bags into cardboard boxes stacked on pallets. Each step is handled by a dedicated team member, so you focus on one straightforward task at a time - no skills or experience required. The shift is a fixed 08:45-16:00 schedule with no overtime and the facility has full air conditioning for year-round comfort. Daily payment (hibarai 日払い) and weekly payment (shuurbarai 週払い) are available, with the next-day transfer possible. No resume required; online registration only. JLPT N4 level Japanese or above is required for basic reading, writing, and daily work communication.
