Job Description:

You will work at Nagata Honjo-ken (長田本庄軒) Sannomiya Center Plaza, a Toridoll group yakisoba and noodle restaurant located in the basement of Sannomiya Center Plaza in central Kobe, Hyogo. The highlight of the kitchen is open iron-plate (teppan 鉄板) cooking visible to customers, making every dish a live performance - recipes are fully provided so no prior experience is needed. Hall duties include welcoming guests, clearing tables, dishwashing (araiba 洗い場) with an automatic dishwasher, and cashier work on a touch-panel register (reji レジ); kitchen duties include boiling noodles, teppan cooking, and topping assembly. Operating hours are 08:00-22:30; hours from 22:00 qualify for the deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当) at 25% above base rate (approx. 1,500 yen/hour). Weekend and holiday shifts attract a bonus rate of 1,250 yen/hour or more. Minimum 3 hours and 2 days per week; weekend-only and weekday-only patterns are both welcome with shifts submitted weekly. Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 or above is required (or equivalent conversational ability) as customer-facing Japanese is essential.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday rate: 1,250 yen/hour or more. Deep-night premium for 22:00 onwards: approx. 1,500 yen/hour (base x 1.25). Salary increase system in place. Bonus system available. Pay calculated to the minute.
